Central São Paulo (Vila Madalena)
Day-to-day management of all courses throughout Brazil:
- Dealing with initial enquiries by email and phone
- Liaison with teachers
- Liaison with clients
- Liaison with Recruitment Manager
- Calculation of Expenses
- Invoicing of Clients
- Arranging Course Materials
- Checking Teacher Invoices, Registers and other Documents
- Daily Reporting to General Manager
Fluent Portuguese and excellent English (spoken and written)
Excellent PC skills, Word, Excel, Internet.
Excellent telephone manner.
At least one full year of experience in either Language Teaching, Recruitment, Management or Administration

Hours and Holiday:
Standard working hours (9.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday)
and one month's paid holiday allowance (plus public holidays).
